Shipping policy

All sales are final unless a product is defective. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at 210-585-8410.

If you receive a defective item, you must let us know within 3  days of receiving the item in order to have it replaced.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We package our shipments VERY well.
If your package is damaged in shipping, you will need make a claim with the shipping company.

All of our items ship from Texas. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (ex: Next Day or Two Day shipping, or Priority Mail) that are placed by 12 noon central time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS.  When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday or Sunday. For example, orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air as the shipping method will not arrive until the following Monday. If you need an item delivered on a Saturday, please call us directly at 210-585-8410,  to calculate final shipping costs prior to placing your order.

Returned Packages (rejected or undeliverable)

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable. If you are using PayPal Express Checkout, you must make sure your shipping address on the PayPal Website is correct.

Returned packages will not be reshipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges have been paid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages even if shipping was free on the order.

If you are having products shipped to Canada, you may be charged fees by Canadian Customs.  You agree to pay all import fees.
